Mains Hardware Supply

This store is so much easier to shop than the Bigger Home Depot and Lowes. They have a smaller selection but is is usually the right selection. They almost always have hat I'm looking for. The prices are about the same as the competitors but the customer service is far superior. I don't always need a hardware store but when I do I stop by here first.

I was there yesterday looking for some unusual electrical supplies and to my surprise they had everything that I was looking for at a great price. The two younger guys that helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I could remember their names, they deserve some ataboys. Great store, very clean and full of cool toys for dudes. I'll be back (in my best Terminator voice).

⚠️ Steer clear of this co-op hardware store run by a group of unprofessional employee-owners. Co-ops make up their own rules and there is no consistent corporate policy meaning no accountability and the people running it make up their own rules. So no consistent rules on returns or exchanges that match an industry standard. This place is brand new, but it's like it's being run by pirates who have taken over...heck, I've been to some rundown places that have way better customer service and better policies. The Stihl weed eater I bought there ran briefly at first, but when I added more gas later, it never started again. They’d only put a tiny amount of fuel in it when I left the store, which seemed odd. When I brought it back with the receipt, they refused to exchange or repair it — even though Stihl dealers are required to offer in-house repairs. It turns out this place is a co-op, and makes its own rules. So they can refuse or deny you arbitrarily on anything return related. One employee they called to “help” took the weed eater outside and kept trying to start it, even after I told him I had already drained the gas. He just kept pulling the cord on an empty tank, completely i
